is love enough to keep the relationship going?

for me love is the main instrument that holds a relationship together but consist out of several departments, should one lack of any one - love would not be enough - but should there be enough of the things that builds love (like trust, respect, loyalty and faith) It also requires allot of work and communication from both parties.
