Deadlifts! I hear it works the entire body literally. It involves upper/lower body. But I don't think I know how to do it properly yet. I just like to do my supersets, dropsets and stuff like that for now. Free weights rule!

And of course when one is serious about training, supplements are important. There are so many out there but for muscle recovery, protein is important. Just look at the labels and make sure you are getting what you are paying for. Some load a lot on calories. Another good supplement is actually anti oxidents cause lots of free radicals are released during exercise. But i suppose when one eats enough fruits and other food rich in anti oxidants, it is good enough. Rest is important too! Diet is important. But i don't believe in calorie counting. And I believe in a little reward at the end of the day too. It is good for the soul and morale! :)

You cannot "reserve" equipment by placing your towel, book or disc player on it, while you finish chatting up a friend or, even worse, talking loudly on your cell phone. Remember: Gym equipment isn’t your personal property. But some people are just too stupid to do this .
