walking a good exercise

I watched in tv that walking is a good exercise and also take vitamins to be strong healthy all the times

Walking is one of the best exercise. It can tone your abs because when you are walking it can stretch you muscles and can tone up. It can also burn fats that most people dont like. It is just so powerful.
