CAPiTAL PUNiSHMENT

I say yes... it makes criminals think.. especially those that commit harm against others. here's an example of how the uk law works... an 18 year old was imprisoned for 12 years for assaulting and nearing killing an elderly woman... in my eye's I feel that the uk law is too lenient on offenders who commit serious harm to others. I say bring back hanging. that will Definatly scare people who are thinking of committing a sick act as physically abusing the people who made their countries what they are today.
