How to change background of my Profile

I find in some of the user with picture as there background but in "Customize My Theme" we could only change the color of the background.
But how can i change background as picture

There we can only change the color
But i want to change the background with some picture or textiles

i dont know how to change my picture. i tried to change the picture but it went into my album.if u know how please inform me
