my nan past away dec 10th 06 how do we keep the family house going

ilost my granddad 6 years agao and my grandmother past away on dec10/06.she left behind 125 grankids and 10 of her children,behind. we are all very said of her pasting away.but now their are going to be arugment on what to do with her will and the big house,all the cousin want the house to stay in the family but my auntie who looked after the grand parent for over 11 yrs 24/7wants to bord the house up and sell the house its a very old house its been in the family for many years.the gran kids and i want the house to stay in the family as it has to many memory how do we get her from not selling up..
