Are we selfish, is there no compassionate, kind-hearted, sympathic understanding accessible mortal? Just selfish earthling, the complex link between humans and animals. Natures egotistical, self-centered, self-regarding, self-absorbed, self-seeking, self-serving, self-loving, inconsiderate, unthinking, insensitive, unkind, money-grubbing opportunistic introverted narcissistic and vain animal. Or is it just the survival of the human race?

Some of us are selfish and some of us are giving. Selfishness can start from not having much when we are little or the opposite of being spoiled since the day we are born. Giving could be in the sense of sharing what we have with others, donating money to good causes, or being there for people in need whether it is physical or emotional. Giving good advise is unselfish also. In general I would say the majority of us have been selfish and giving at some point in our lives. It feels much better to give. Sadly, some people do not see it that way.
