i am back at work now after being injured at work and i am on progressive work so 4 hours a day for 1 week and then 6 hours a day the next week and so on and so fourth, my boss wants me to work from 10 till 5(1 hour for lunch) but i have no way to get to work by 10 cause there is no transportation there at that time i ask my boss if i could work from 6 till 12 or 8 till 3 cause i can get to work at those time but he said no, even though he knows i cant get there at 10 but he does know i can get there at the other times, he also said if i cant get there by 10 then he will terminate me can he do this? or can i go there for 6 or 8 cause there is no transportation at all for 10
