How do you keep cool when it's soooooooooo hot outside? any tips?

With this whole Global Warming we are experiencing blistering hot temperatures. Yesterday was 41c......Hectic stuff!!! schools closed early, men were walking bare chested, air cons were working overtime in cars and offices but alas, did not feel like it was working. what do you do to keep cool when it's hot?
