"Add Tags to this Discussion" page pops up to me not just once. / myLot

Sometimes, it happens to me. I wonder why. Was the tags I entered wrong? Did this happen to you?

It never happened with me, and i don't want it to happen either, that can be irritating or annoying.

I'm not yet irritated but when it happens a lot more, maybe I will start to. Hope someone could tell me why this happens.
