What to get for a birthday present for your boyfriend?

Today is my boyfriends birthday and well I have no
idea on what to get a guy for a presnt.
I know my boyfriend is goin to tell me and always
does for me not to get him anything, I mean I always
say 'ok im not' but i always do, cuz im not the type
that doesnt get my friends or boyfriend nothing, because
then I feel bad.
The other thing is I only got 44 dollars of paypal account,
and dont know what site to go to:(
So my question is:
What do you give your boyfriend for a present for his birthday??
*He doesnt wear watches so dont mention that.*

is he into games consols ie xbox360,playstation,if he is then get him games for it or just give him money and let him buy what he wants.i do this for mine money or games for his console
