What are your Favorite Chicken Recipes?

Believe me I do understand. It does get frustrating when you are trying to figure out a different way to make something. We eat a lot of chicken as well. Now I use skinless boneless chicken but you can adapt these. Here are a couple of Cheesy Chicken recipes I do. 1. Use a frying pan and spray pam (or generic) into it. Place chicken with in and cook at a medium temp. Cover to help it cook more evenly. You will have to turn it over periodically while it cooks. Once it's done turn off the burner and then put cheese on the chicken. Shredded cheese works or pieces that have been sliced, which ever you prefer. Cover and let the cheese melt. Then serve. 2. Take the cheese from a cheap package of Macaroni and Cheese. Use it instead of shake and bake. Coat the chicken with the cheesy powder and then bake at 350 until done. Hope these give you a couple of ideas to help. Also any Tuna or Hamburger helper will work with Chicken.

We usually eat chicken quite a bit. But we love it. I try and make alot of things. I make the mexican dish called Mole. But I will make it from the bottle that you buy at the stores that you just mix with the chicken juice you boiled the chicken in, or water than add your chicken. I make, chicken tostadas, barbecue chicken, baked lemon and pepper chicken, fried chicken, enchiladas, chicken tacos. There's just so many. Alot of times I will just search on yahoo for chicken recipes or I get some from my kraft Food & Family magazine subscriptions I get in the mail. They have ALOT of chicken recipes and very easy to make too in those:)

i am an indian and there is a dish called butter chicken that's really famous..you could check it out..i'm sure you'll find a good recipie online.. other than that..i also like chicken tikka..an indian style of grilling!! am also fond of grilled chicken the continental style with loadsa boiled vegies..

My favourite chicken recipe is Chicken 65, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Tikka and so on. I like all kinds of chicken recipes. All chicken recipes are well satisfied dishes for us. Especially Boneless Chicken.
