how do you do with your new years resolution?

as for me, i don't usually make any new years resolution, but i make resolutions if i commited mistakes in which ive learned something from it. Its just that, the way i see it, people say their new years resolution every year but they can't do it. So i guess, make a resolution not only every new year eve, but if you think you can do it, right?
