Anyone have experience buying and selling real estate? How much does the average person make in a year?

It depends in what country you do real estate business. If it is in India, Bomaby and India are hot areas for real estate. Again what kind of clientale you are dealing. If it is commercial property with office accommodation, you may make good money with MNC clients. If you are dealing with individual dwellings income is not much but not negligible. Normally it is 1% commission from buyer and 1% from seller. In many cases, buyer is not paying anything, seller has to shell down 2%
