Wanting to do something special for Valentines day....

I have been with my husband for 8 years now but only been married for about 1 year. We have 2 children together which usually limits us to the things we can do since its hard for us to find someone to keep them. We dont usually do anything for Valentines day but I really wanted to do something this year. I made the comment the other night asking him if we could do something and he didnt seem to thrilled since he knows we always have the kids. If we cant find a babysitter any ideas on something romantic we can do together? Please help

Yeah, put the kids to bed early and have fun!!! haha j/k I would say go out to eat at a nice resturaunt. The kids could do good with that, it's eating! Then, go home and put the kids to bed.

Do the children go to bed early? If so maybe plan on having a late romantic dinner after they go to bed then let things flow from there.. Maybe a nice bath together? Good luck..
