Salmon and.... / myLot

I'm fixing salmon tonight. I never know what to fix with it other than steamed broccoli and rice. What else goes good with salmon?

Veggies - I love the veggies and include them with every meal. Carrots and Peas are the greatest.

I usually only make salmon patties, with that I cook fried potatoes and green beans as the veggies. Sometimes Ill cook carrots instead of green beans.

My husband and I live salmon. We usually like to fix peppers, mushrooms, and onions. We usually like to get a variety of peppers, like yellow, red and orange. We slice up everything and stir fry it all. It is good with the salmon.

potatoes.. Mashed, baked or even just boiled works well with salmon. then just make a sauce with some lemon and you´re good to go =)

How are you preparing the salmon? I like grilled salmon with a medley of grilled veggies (asparagus, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers) and wild rice but if I was having teriyaki salmon I would pair it with a broccoli slaw or something that I could add an Asian twist to.
