Hey! I just found this weird thing.. Microsoft have made a secret net browser! Did you know they did? To find it you first open the calculator, then click help, then you chose the first thing.. You should now have a window with a paper and a yellow "?" in the top left corner. Right click it and press go to URL-adress.. There you go, the secret browser! - Sonikk

Dear, it's internet explorer only. Windows uses it to display help files, that are in .chm format.

that url browser is not a secret. all help pages of microsoft have that browser. It is all written in the books about microsoft windows.
