Weight Watchers

So I just joined WW and I LOVE it. I've lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks. I know that seems slow, but that's pretty much without exercising. So imagine how much more I could lose!! Anyway, its really taught me how to eat healthy. I think its a great way to lose weight. Does anyone else here do WW?

I used to go to weight watchers. It worked great for me -I lost ~40 pounds and maintained that for a couple years - every now and then my weight would start to creep up but I would be able to get back on track following what I learned there. I am now trying to lose all the baby weight I gained. I don' know that I will go back to the meetings, but I definitely remembe alot of it and am trying to make that work for me. Good Luck!!!

I watch my weight but I am not really in to weight loss. I think eating healthy is the best way to achieve weight loss. Goodluck to your WW.

Weight watchers is a wonderful program. I was on it in 1993 and lost 80 pounds. That was before their latest programs but I'm sure those are really great. I haven't been to weight watchers in years but if I had the money for meetings I'd rejoin and get on losing track again.

My mom and I want to join WW, but we both just don't have the money right now. It seems like a really great program. I would love to have that extra support in losing this weight, but when money comes into play it just messes that dream up.

I joined Weight Watchers Online and I just love. I just didn't have time to attend meetings, so this works out just great for me. I have already lost 20 lbs.

I've been doing WW since May of 2006 and I love it. I no longer consider it a diet, it's just a part of my life style. Since May I've lost a little over 40lbs and I'm still losing now. The holidays kind of messed with me, but I'm back on track now. I actually only have 15lbs left to go until my lifetime goal. If you stick to WW and go to the meetings, I guarentee you will feel a change in a lot of ways. You'll have more energy, your endorphins work overtime and believe it or not, you sleep better too.
