Bragging relative drives me nuts.

What do you do with someone that you must have contact with, but who can't hold a conversation without bragging? I have a relative who can't shut up about how fancy their house is, how expensive their cars are, how much money they make, etc. In general, as much as saying how much better their life is than mine. My life is just fine, and I'm not laying awake nights with envy. I would just like to have conversations with this person without the constant bragging. How do you handle people that brag, without resorting to being rude?
