Stop complaining and just do it already!!!!

Lately I find myself annoyed with some of my really good friends. They sit and complain about their lives, their weight, lack of money. Yet No one seems to want to do anything other than complain about it. Don't get me wrong I love my frineds but I find that while they are sitting in my living room whiningand complianing that they are not only paying no attention to their children but using offensive language (which I do correct because I dont swear anywhere near my child). It jsut seems to me if you are going to spend an hour whining about your problems then surley you can find an hour to go to the gym, eat better food, go for a walk. Maybe it's just me but I think that if all your going to do is complain then dont even bring it up. To these people I say Stop complaining and just do it already!

I agree! I don't like it when someone is complaining but never takes the initiative to do something about it. Don't get me wrong find myself complaining from time to time, but when the complaining is done I make up my mind on what I am going to do about it. But that is a good slogan -Stop complaining and just do it already!! I got to use that! Thanks

Oh I could just hug you! This exactly how I feel. I went to visit my friend this weekend, keep in mind it takes me 1hr to get to her house, and all she wanted to talk about was how unfair life is to her and whine whine whine. I just sat and listened but on the drive home I thought why did I go? I could have just listened to all that on the phone.
