I am studing this in my stratigies class right now ways of not stressing over exams. First organize your notes deside whats important to the topic you are learning then review your notes every day instead of cramming the day before. By reviewing them a little bit at a time you are more likely to remember them the day of the test. Heres a web site that has a lot of useful information on study skills You might find helpful. http://www.bangor.ac.uk/studyskills/skills/exams.html I thought it was really helpful for my marketing class. Check it out

Everybody has their own learning style that works best for them. You have to find the learning style that works best for you. Some people learn best by hearing, some by writing down what they want to learn, and some reading. I like to write what I want to learn down and then try to picture what I have written in my mind and recite it aloud.

You could choose the best method among us, not every method will fit you. I prefer to study and to understand my lesson right away after I got that lessons, and then later time, for exam I just review what I have learn.

Some good ways are to get with friends and study, and a combination of saying stuff out loud as well as reading it can help as well.
