What do you think of slang terms?

Do use words like "sup"? The slang around me might be rubbing off onto me grammar. I usually don't say slang terms but I think I've started to say "Son" at the end of my sentences because it sounds funny. Lol it's interesting. Do any of you use slang?

it's interesting but sometimes i have a lot of difficulties to understand them... I always ask to my friends or to my english teacher the meaning of some slangs... but i forget them quickly __

Hey there... Are you SURE you didn't get that "son" thing from Foghorn Leghorn? :))) hehehe. Anyway, yes, I use slang too much too. My husband and I both do. It's easier I guess. I may use slang but i don't type it... :) It bothers me.

Yes I think the use of slang (i mean good ones)is a part of the informal use of the language. Spoken as opposed to written or formal use. And if we type the way we talk, it will show lots of slangs. Personally, it think this is something good for it gives our sentences life and a personal touch.
