i bought a vintage artply doll house at a local estate sale. the doll house is 3/4 of the way finished but unpainted. i have the original directions and the rest of the pieces. i currently have it listed on ebay and i am getting a ton of informative questions but no one is telling me what it is worth. i guess theya ll want a bargain. i listed it with the intention of it becoming a parent child project or a toy but it is huge and i am finding out that they do not make them anymore. if someone couold please give me the low down ont his model # 510 granville from artply new york i would very much appreciate it. i believ i have dooped on this one. i know nothing about them and i just liked it and thought it was unique. does nayojne know what it is worth. it is in undmaaged condition -- thanks ever so much jamie

I have the Granville dollhouse, still in a kit form. I bought it for my father to assemble, but he never completed it, and the instructions are missing now. I would really like it if you could copy the directions for me! The kit still has the price on it; $139.99. This was probably purchased about 20 years ago, from Michaels. I see this is an old post, but still hope to hear from you. Thanks, Jan
