not sure what this means?

Hi guys I am new at my lots and I am not sure what it means on a response when it says, This post contains contents of mature nature. You have been selected to not view contents of mature nature. If you would like to view this post , you must first change your preferences to allow mature content. But when I go to edit your preferences there is no place to change it can some one please help ... Thank you
