in the Philippines we love LECHON . . .or the whole pork marinated & roasted til golden brown with crispy skin ! some native recipes namely : sinigang , adobo , kare-kare , pinakbet , ginataan & paksiw are all-time favorites too ! for dessert MANGO is so famous into cakes , pies , ice cream , flan & gelatin ones . . .

I'm from Romania too. I believe that "sarmalutele" are our country traditional food and they are great with some "mamaliguta" and with "smantana" - cream. Now I'm starting to feel hungry :D
