Is it Traffic Rules and Helmet Policy is only for Public? Not for Police departm

Here i have found lot of peoples who are working in police department they are not following the rules which has made for safety, they are only breaking those rules and regulations, nearly 90% of police departments are not following helmet and traffic rules. no one is asking those faults. they can drive any where even sing way also they can drive with out helmet. if normal peoples done they will never leave with out fine and they are giving so many troubles. dear friends i need more information and your thoughts to control and how our public can raise those issues

In india police thought that they are the boss, all rules and regualtion for only for public not for them .
but this is a safety rules for all if they not follow than it will harm them only .
if it is possible than it should be discuss through media and newspaper .

Not all police but some misuse the rules, not only polices but also the public too... for ex: If u caught by a police without license, you just want to get rid by praising some amount to the police. so the base of the mistake is you (the public) only.
In your case, if all the publics and all wear the helmet, then he too do it... wht s ur opnion krishna?

hi,It is the question for indians only,because mostly it happens like this in india.We mis utilize and take it granted that we are away for rules framed by government,particularly those who are working in that particular departments..take any department,not only traffic...revenue..health..even in education department also ,we can see the violation of rules.
The main problem is the public also encourage them to behave like that,we try to give some unofficial amount as bribe,when we do mistake......the majority of people don't know our RIGHTS,to whom we can report on these situation and what rights we have to complaint...WE DON'T ENCOURAGE BRIBING AND WE SHOULD KNOW OUR RIGHTS.

Fairly similar to what is happenning to our country. Policemen pulls over and gives tickets to those who ride motorcyles without helmet yet when you see them they are not wearing helmet on their heads. I overheard a motorcycle driver they tried to give a ticket to argued that they should give a ticket to the cops first because they are not following the rules they are enforcing to the public. I didn't hang around to see what happened though because the vehicle I'm riding started to move again. There are plenty of corrupt officials in the government so sad.
