I did tried but due to it being structured here in Singapore, e.g. specific time for specific type of Yoga, and given my business travel I dropped it. However, I swim 30 laps daily to keep fit even on weekends and public holidays.

I have heard about it but I haven't actually tried it yet. Is it good? What do one benefit from it? =/
