In my day, the 50's you could become the Town Manager, all you needed was a High School education.Most people who graduated did not go on to College, only the privileged few. Especially the girls who graduated then, went on to raise families. Then times changed, it took two adults with jobs to make ends meet, and you needed a college education. Today, you can have a college education and still be working as a waitress, or handyman. So, what does it take to be successful today?
