lunch at home is best

Grabbing food in McDonald's is very convenient and fast (no dishes need to be washed, no cooking needed), but if there is time to make a home-cooked meal, then I'd prefer that since the experience is different. You get to cook a meal that's according to what you want on that specific time and you get to decide how to cook it. :)

Mostly at office ..

a good home-cooked meal is always better than any other fast-food meal. =)
