Euthanasia- Should it be made legalized?

is the practice of terminating the life of a person or an animal in a painless or minimally painful way either by:
a) Letahl Injection
b) Drug Overdose
c) Withdrawl of Life Support
because the being to be euthanized is perceived as living an intolerable life.
