I agree, Celiac.com is terrific. You will find lots of helpful links there. Delphi also has an up to date list of forbidden foods and products. I don't know what area of the country you are in, but more and more GI doctors are becoming aware of Celiac patients. I would suggest a good Nutritionist though, above anything else. Good luck to you.
