I am not sure Mike Tomlin is the right man for the job in Pittsburgh. He has limited coaching experience and never even played in the NFL. His defensive philosophy is the 4-3, which means the Steelers will be going away from the traditional 3-4. Lemme know what you guys think.

I think it's going to be a real shake up year for Steelers Fans (self included). We tend to be a group that loves our "tradition" and bringing in a new coach, not to mention shaking the team up like they've done so far, is never handled overly well by the die hard fans of Pittsburgh. I hope he can do the job but face it, he has a big job ahead of him. I think we don't have a snowball's chance this coming season to make it big, simply based on too many factors against us... from a whole new coaching view to a ton of big playmakers who've been traded off.
