Dangerous the dangerous dog or the master?

After the several news that brings back of aggression from part of the dog, creed is right from part of human we to give one chance to canine race. What of thoughts you on this argoment?

It's usually bad owners that make bad dogs. I've seen some of these 'dangerous breeds' that have been well cared for and well trained. Their owners have been responsible. Many owners of these dogs are aggressive and they make the dogs behave in the same way.
