Paypal letters

Has anyone ever tried the paypal letter program? I dont think that paypal is part of it. It usually wants you to post in 200 newsgroups or something similar. Who has actually tried it?

I don't try because it's a bad and scam and spam program. I don't like it very much and i think that is really bad. I said you at least one time: it's a scamdon't try it. Thanks very much very much fo your care and attention and have a nice day.
