Men are always compared to women and vice versa. Gender is always an issue. Employers chooses the right person to do the job. But does gender really matter?

that depends on the Job, heavy manual jobs will often be done better by men simply because they are bigger but generatlly everyone is different so it all comes down to who is best qualified for the job

The best qualified for the job is the one should be chosen, but sometimes beauty comes in handy when applying for a job.

Laziness is another issue and procrastination is another thing. People can be so happy go lucky at times of relaxing days at work.

I think it does and I also think you can rely on a woman verses a man. Because women tend to worry about something untill it is done or completed. And their you have.

No, unless it's being a model. Gender doesn't matter.

Yes and no, how can a man promote tampons right? It depends on the need of the product.
