Should the gal or guy be held responsible for just as much as the person that raped them? Barely wearing anything on the chest area or shorts that are nothing, but threads......no underwear......... I myself think this type of person should be held resposible for their actions of dress just as much as the rapist is

I tend to agree with you. While it is true men should have control of their actions at all times and be held accountable for their actions, there are some men that simply have no control of their actions. It then becomes necessary for the women to protect themselves by making sure they don't invite trouble. Women should be aware that rape is very real and not something that should be encouraged.

I agree with you here, but i think the person that was raped if wearing provacative clothing should be held accountable too.

I don't think anyone should be raped. Being raped is someone not giving thier consent. Being dressed like that doesn't give thier consent.

i agree that the way some women dress is just inviting trouble. however, NOTHING justifies rape!! Men are human beings...human beings are different from animals in that we can CONTROL our mating urges. men dont go into a rut, their testosterone may have an increase at times, but NOTHING like male animals during breeding season! therefore if a man rapes a woman it is a decision he has made...not just some urge he cant control! a woman may wear provacative clothing...woman do that to attract a man. they dont do it to attract a rapist! unfortunatly thats what they sometimes end up with though. a rapist should be held FULLY responsible for his actions! the victim, no matter what she was wearing, has suffered devastating mental, emotional and physical damage. the rapist HAS NOT! to even consider the idea of the victim being held responsible for just as much as the rapist is utterly absurd!
