What is your favorite vegetable?

as long as they are fresh and crunchy, i will like them all. i like letuce, cucumber,brocholi, raddish, eggplant, carrots,tomato, potato,assparagus, china spinach, spinach,basil, bok choi, cabbage, sweet corn,

I love all vegetables, and salad food is a favorite of mine too, but my favorite hot vegetable is spinach, with butter and salt and pepper of course and also...squash, corn, brocoli, turnip, peas, carrots, green beans, must I go on, I think you get the idea.

I love just about any vegetable. I think my favorite is Zucchini squash, steamed with a little bit of butter, salt and pepper. The only vegetables that I really don't care for are beets and carrots (either raw or cooked). Otherwise, I love them, and have no problem getting in my 5 servings a day!
