Do you donate blood? I did for the first time today. It wasn't too bad. It made me feel good knowing my blood could help save 3 people!!

Nah, they don't want mine. I've had too many diseases, and my iron is always low. I did manage to give once, about 15 years ago when I was taking Iron suppliments before surgery

You need to start taking iron again, it will help you feel lots better.
