The Best Internet Service Provider (ISP)

There are a whole lot of ISP's out there, but which one is the best: AT&T(SBC), Earthlink, Comcast?

I'm using smart bro here in Manila. It is a wireless internet broad band connection at a speed of 512 Kbps. I use wireless router to connect my two pc and a laptop. So far I'm satisfied with my internet service provider. Currently I'm experimenting on how I can extend the range of my wireless router. Any comments/suggestion will be much appreciated.
