Has anyone read any of Dr. Mehmet Oz's books on diet and healthy eating?

Someone recommended "You on a Diet" and there was a LONG waiting list for it at the library. Which book did you enjoy the best?

no, i haven't but i heard it really good. Maybe i will see about getting it. maybe try amazon.com. good luck

It's also written very comically, so it's not your standard boring "anatomy text". It tells you how all of your organs are affected by the things you eat.
