I know that herbal tea is much better for you, but I still prefer the taste of regular tea. I hardly ever drink hot tea, but my husband loves iced tea, and I have gotten really into drinking iced tea mixed with lemonade as an alternative to Coke, which I know is just horrible for me and yet I still love it! Truth be told, I'm trying to drink water most of all, but sometimes I feel like I've just got to have something with flavor in it and the tea with lemonade is very refreshing.

Me too..I like the caffeine boost of regular tea and the taste of tea in geneal as long as it has a little bit of sweetner or honey...I love ice tea as well.

I just got down drinking some green tea with lemon and it is very good. It it suppose to be good for colds, because I have a little cold. I like tea better than coffee.

I typically prefer herbal teas, because there is a wider range of flavors that can be produced from the, and they also have more health benefits. I do drink green tea frequently, because of its antioxidant and metabolism-boosting properties. Other teas I enjoy are peppermint and chamomile, both of which are useful for stress relief, stomachaches, and colds. I also use medicinal teas when I have a cold or a cough.

I like both, depending on what mood i'm in. I only really drink cups of tea is someone else makes me them or if i'm at work and have to make the boss one, as i also make myself one too. I wouldn't like to choose between the two types really, as to me they're completely different drinks, like comparing tea to hot chocolate!
