are u happy wid ur present job????wht u will do when u found urself being cheated by ur employer,in my case i m working through a consultancy and get very low salary or wages,time to time company organizing some type of tests and promising wid the guys like me that they will get regularised,but they didn't declare any result?????i have already passed 3 precious years in this comapny and found no growth in any respect,in my salary or in my work profile,wht i should do????
