has someone read kafka on the shore? am trying to retrieve from my memory this story which is a real metaphysical bender. Kafka Tamura's journey into manhood reflects my own and im sure others who, once in their lives, had a romantic preoccupation with the thing called transient love. . .

Yes, I have read this one. But I didn't get the story that I had to re-read it so badly. LOL! The sequencing's sorta confusing... I mean, EVERYTHING on it is totally confusing. O_O Characters you wouldn't expect to be the in a story like that are involved like Colonel Sanders from KFC, and Johnny Walker. ROFL. It's sort of the weirdest book I've seen ever.
