Now I have started to do pranayam(yoga) regularly in the morning. It keeps me fresh all day long. How many of you do also pranayam or breathing exercises?

I do yoga , pranyama and sudarshan kriya regularly .... I do it according to the techniques prescribed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar through his art of living courses ... its a spiritual practice which is fun and enjoyable ... one should do it with enjoyment and not for results , dats what I feel . People who practise yoga/pranayama shud feel lucky and blesses because not all are aware of this. Always be thankful to your Guru?teachers for it.

Ya I too do Pranayama as per Swami Ramdeoji's advice. I watch regularly Aastha channel for this programme. I do Kapalbhati, Bhastrika and Anulom Vilom regularly for 1/2 an hour at least. It really keeps fresh all the day. I am doing this since last one year. Its amazing breathing exercises. Thanks for starting such a valuable topic.
