can indian cricket team lost match when sourabh ganguly will not play?

on 27 jan indian cricket team lost match. in that match sourabh was our of team. is it true that when sourabh ganguly goes out of team india can not win a match or a series? i want good disscussion on this issue.

I dont think so, Ganguly era is completed, now there are many new talents and there more energetic. They need to given chances. There are lot of talents comeup in recent DLF T20 matches.
