Dendrobium Green Lantern Orchids

at first i thought it was a plastic flower then when i get the newspaper on the newspaper stand i realized that is real and was display on an exhibit in Washington, did we still have it as a wild orchids,or more on cultivated now.

i got them now - green lanterns - and they have flowered in less than a month.

Orchids - Beautiful orchids.
Yes, orchids are really beautiful and some look like plastic but upon closer look, they are much more beautiful than plastic flowers. There are also many varieties of orchids.

They sure look like they aren't real but have had lovely purple ones that have the same splash petals on them. They are laelias tho which are rather nice

they are pretty - and some what rare in the wild. mostly cultivated, one does seee some if one is lucky - you need to go to them in the wild and look for them. we have them in assam in india. they are lovely in their natural habitats.
