Leveling

I was wondering what the best way/ where the best places to level based on a certain kind of character? Or heck any really great leveling tips at all.
For instance - The Hollows from level 12-15 for defenders is the best place to find a group and level.
My wife has a 36 claws/regen scrapper. I play a 26 spines/regen stalker. So any tips related to those would be REALLY welcome.

Stalker is a great PL character for CoV, I only play mine solo, what you do is get newspaper missions on the highest diff you can handle, choose deafeat missions or steal the whatever, do not choose kidnap missions. Stealth to the end and defeat the target and his minions, or find the item and defeat whoever is around it, you will get mission complete with little effort and lots of XP/time. PROTIP: USE INSPIRATIONS when you fight the bosses and make sure build up + assassin strike hits!

I find levelling is best done with a group. Grouping in this game is better than world of warcraft. When you do a mission that leads to an instance, everyone in the whole party benefits. Task Forces can be really fun. Basically, get groups to level. This is a very successful game as far as socialization goes.
I levelled a claw/regen scrapper to 50 a long time ago.
