I generally sleep about 4-6 hours. If I sleep up to 8 hours I wake up not refreshed at all. I have a headache and feel all fuzzy!!

It depend of the quality of your sleep and your age. When you're still baby or kids you have to sleep not less than 8 hours a day. But when you already grow up 6 hours with good quality sleep is enough.
