Can someone help me out with IFRAMES?

I'm using IFRAMES in my webpage, but its not working like I want. Is there a way to click a link inside the IFRAME so that the entire page changes to another webapge, instead of changing to another webpage within the IFRAME?

You need to set the target... Not sure how to explaint http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_a.asp Check that out!

Thanks for responding, but I have figured out how to use IFRAMES. I'm moving on the PHP, mySQL, and web 2.0 stuff now. Thanks for helping though.
