I used to have a sharp memory. How will I regain it?

I used to have a sharp memory until I tried to lose weight. I took some kind of a herbal diet ( I won't mention the name), they say it has no side effect. But it has... MEMORY LOSS. Then I had some diet pills which make my memory loss worst. Then I gave birth to my son (they say anesthesia will cause you some memory loss also). Do you have any suggestion how to regain a sharp memory? I am lacking confidence because of this. Hope you help with this. Thanks.

How old are you?Maybe it has something to do with your age.By the way, for an advise.Taking pills to loss weight dont really help.(i mean little or more there will surely be some side effects).Do phisical exercises or have some diet.

I really have no suggestions except to maybe try meditation and relaxation techniques that will help you slow down so your mind will be sharper. I lost my good memory when I had my kids. This last one really drained me! LOL I try to find a quite calm place each day and meditate and I also take vitamins every day...seems to help some.

So anesthesia is really one of the cause of memory loss. Now I'm afraid to have another delivery. hahaha... I will try meditation and ease my brain. My brain really needs a break. :-) Thanks.

just don't be absent minded...memory is just a presence of brain...therefore always giv sometime to think what u'r doin' at the certain times...this will make u a habbit and u'll regain the sharp memory...

Vitamin B-12 is supposed to be vital to brain and nerve function. I also found a software program that has exercises to sharpen the mind. It's called Mindfit When I entered..improving memory on my search engine I was bombarded with mixed supplements that I do not recommend. I do the Sunday crossword every week and that seems to help keep me sharp. Hope I helped.

Try to take memoryplus or visit your physician and tell it to him so that he will give you something to take.

Hmm, try to read this link "Alzheimer's Disease: 10 Waring Signs" www.alzheimer.ca/english/disease/warningsigns.htm maybe its not an ordinary memory loss. I hope you'll read it maybe it can help also.
